I bought "Remove Ads" but ads are still showing.
"Remove Ads" turns off banner ads and the ads shown between runs. The video ad for Continue is still offered, but watching it is always your choice. If banner or between-run ads still appear, open the settings (gear icon, top right) and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
I changed device / reinstalled the game. Do I have to pay again?
No. "Remove Ads" is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. Tap Restore Purchases in the settings.
The Continue button is grayed out.
Continue can be used once per run and requires watching a video ad. If no ad is available, for example while you are offline, the button cannot be used. You can still tap Retry.
My best score is gone.
Your best score is stored on the device only and is not backed up to a server. Deleting the app removes it.
How do I turn off personalized ads?
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, then turn off tracking for Stacking Man.
If you see an ad that is offensive or not suitable for the game's age rating, please email us with a screenshot of the ad (if you can), the approximate date and time, and what the ad showed. We will use your report to block the ad through our ad networks where possible.
