Eadlight Visual ("we") provides the mobile game Stacking Man ("the App"). The App does not require an account, sign-in, or any personal registration. Your best score and settings are stored on your device. The App displays third-party advertising, which involves the limited collection of device and advertising identifiers as described below.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, postal address, contacts, photos, precise location, or health and fitness data. The App has no login, no user accounts, and no user profiles.
Your best score, your sound and vibration settings, the number of plays you have finished (counted only up to four, so that no ads are shown between runs during your first three plays), and whether you have purchased "Remove Ads" are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store this data on our servers. Deleting the App removes this data from your device; we keep no backup of it.
The App displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements through Unity LevelPlay (mediation operated by Unity Technologies / ironSource) and the advertising networks it mediates, including Unity Ads and Google AdMob. If you decline the tracking permission, the App still shows ads, but they are non-personalized. We do not sell your personal information.

"Remove Ads" is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that turns off banner and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads for Continue remain available and optional. Payment is processed entirely by Apple. We never receive your payment card number, billing address, or Apple Account credentials. The App uses only the purchase information provided by Apple to unlock the purchase and to restore it on your devices.
The App is intended for a general audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We operate no servers that store user data for this App. Data processed by advertising partners is retained according to their own policies. Communication with advertising services is encrypted in transit.
The App is available in many countries and regions. Advertising partners may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States, under the safeguards described in their policies.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
